This Campsite, although it is located in a pine forest, is an urban Campsite, being at 500 meters from the Costa Nova Riverside, at 1 km from Vagueira, at 8 km from the village of Vagos, and at 16 km from the city of Aveiro.
In the proximities, at 1, 5 km, are located the Vagueira and Areão Beaches, rich in natural beauty, with the possibility to observing royal-egrets in wild state. The beaches are also very searched by surfers and bodyboarders.
There is also the excellent gastronomy of the region, the Xávega Art, a kind of artisanal and traditional fishery in the area. In Vagos, there is the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora de Vagos, the chapel of Senhora da Misericórida, the chapel of Santo António and the Military Tower.
