The Vila Fria Rural Campsite is a rural Campsite, located in the place of Boavista in Vila Fria, on the municipality of Felgueiras, having been opened in August 1999, managed by the local municipality.
The structure has the capacity to accommodate 30 tents, having, besides the basic infrastructure, a children´s playground and several accesses to the Vizela River.
The Campsite is located in a rural area of interest and scenic beauty of great interest in terms of historical and cultural heritage, highlighting the Monastery of Pombeiro (National Monument) -great reference the Romanesque Route, the Roman Arch Bridge, the Roman Sidewalk and manor houses of great architectural and artistic interest.
It´s possible to know the location where is inserted the Campsite through two pedestrian ways, with starting and arrival at the Campsite. If preferred, it´s also possible to go through the bicycle trails.
