The Penha Campsite it is located at the top of the Penha Mountain, near the city of Guimarães.
It is a green space and fresh with leafy trees and shadows, integrated in the landscape, having animation, bar, bicycles, polyvalent field, children´s playground and natural shadows.
Nearby, the places of interest are the Castle, the Palace of the Dukes and the Alberto Sampaio Museum, in Guimarães and still the Citânia de Briteiros, an archaeological place from the Iron Age, situated on the top of the São Romão Mount, in the parish of Salvador de Briteiros, on the municipality of Guimarães.
It´s still possible to make a ride in the Guimarães Teleferic.
