Mafrense is a passenger transport enterprise, headquartered in Mafra, which provides a circulation network consisting of 33 careers that operates in the counties of Mafra, Sintra, Torres Vedras, Loures and Lisboa.
The enterprise services, present two different characteristics: Some with a number of smaller circulations, being destined to serving areas with low population density and rural areas and other services directed to nuclei with a more significant population density and directed essentially to the municipality headquarters.
Besides the transport of passengers on the respective counties, the commercial activity of the enterprise includes the rentals to enterprises, schools and occasional customers. The MAFRENSE has a fleet of 70 buses, which capacity oscillates between 15 and 101 seats, being the medium capacity with of the respective vehicles, of 67 places.
