Eco Travel was founded in 1996 with the objective of dedicate to the receptive tourism, in representation of Foreign Tour Operators that regularly send tourists to Portugal.
The enterprise´s activity consists in reserving hotels, transfers, excursions, and providing other touristic services that people from other countries, may require in Portugal. Currently, besides its headquarters in Portimão, it has a filial in Portimão and in Silves, besides having luxury coaches, acquired in 2002.
In Lagos, the industry began in the “Outgoing” that is to reserve flights, hotels, transfers, tours, travel arrangements and provide other tourist services, but this time for residents, both in Portugal and the rest of the world by also be a travel agency in the sense “traditional” speech, which aims to provide holidays to residents anywhere in the world.
