At 300 meters from the beach, the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, it is the Hotel Eira da Pedra, of 1 star, in Vila Nova de Milfontes, near the beach and the Mira River, in a whitewashed building with traditional characteristics.
It is composed of apartments T0, T1 and T2, double and familiar, all equipped with a television, presenting rooms with a private terrace with views to the ocean. The amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Every morning the guests can enjoy of a buffet breakfast local and international. There is private parking on the place.

The Mira Estuary, it is the biggest estuary of the Alentejo coast and Vicentina, where it is possible to observe the typical birds of estuary, sea birds and birds of forest habitats, as well as the gull-headed black.
In Vila Nova de Milfontes, it is possible to visit a seventeenth-century fortress with a drawbridge, near the marginal of Vila Nova de Milfontes, as well as the buildings of the historic center of Vila Nova de Milfontes, respecting the traditional architecture, where the story houses or of two floors still present whitewashed walls.
