The Hotel Bragança it is a 3 star hotel situated in the historical center of Coimbra and of the commercial downtown of city, near the Mondego River and the railway station, the Museum Machado de Castro and the Baroque library.

It was built in the late 50’s and completely remodeled for about fifteen years, keeping the almost totality of its original trace, but adapting to the comfort exigencies of today.

It has 83 rooms, singles, doubles, twins, triples and quads, well-equipped, soundproofed and equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and radios. In accordance with proper solicitation, pets are allowed.

The Hotel allows a privileged access to all the interest places of the city of Coimbra, whether historic, as the University, the Old Cathedral, the recently reopened National Museum Machado de Castro or the Fountain of Love of Pedro and Inês, comercials and leisure as the Mondego Green Park or the Portugal dos Pequenitos.
