The Alcácer do Sal Municipal Campsite, is located at two minutes from the historic centre of the city of Alcácer do Sal, at 20 minutes from the Alentejo beaches.
Its privileged location allows the discovery of the natural and cultural heritage of the municipality, being near from swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis court, multisport, commercial area and restaurants.
It has 32 alveoli, animation, bar, bicycles, grills, post office, recreation room, games room, childrens´playground, snack bar, tennis courts and an area for washing vehicles. At 1 km, there is canoeing and fishing, at 2 Kilometers, a bus station, at 3 kilometers, a train station and a swimming pool, at 20 meters.
Nearby, it can be visited the Bay of Pego do Altar and of the Vale of Gaio and it can be done cycling walking or pedestrian routes by the historical center of Alcacer do Sal, Torrão and Santa Susana and visit the palafitic wharf of Carrasqueira, a village located on the municipality of Alcácer do Sal.
