Located in full glacial valley, the Covão da Ametade Camping Support Area is framed in the direction to the Tower for those who begins the travel from Manteigas.
It is a good place of overnight to go at the discovering of the Serra da Estrela by trails that starts in and around the Campsite. The Support for the camping of Covão Ametade is effectuated by the reception, bar and bathhouse.
